Day 12 – Celebrate the greatest Gift this Christmas and get ready for an amazing new year in your wellness journey.
Day 11 – Remember, it’s just one day. Your journey to wellness is better evaluated by your choices over the entire year, not just a special celebration day.
Day 10: What do the next few days hold? Plan for some indulgences, some healthy food, activity, rest and fun.
Day 8 – Hydrate your holidays. Water is a key component of our wellness journey.
Day 7 – Worship changes us.
Day 5 – have fun! Enjoy the season and the journey.
Day 4 – Focus on family. Let’s keep our minds more on who is around the table than the food on the table.
