I’m not one to make resolutions but I love an opportunity for a fresh start.
Day 11 – Remember, it’s just one day. Your journey to wellness is better evaluated by your choices over the entire year, not just a special celebration day.
Day 8 – Hydrate your holidays. Water is a key component of our wellness journey.
Day 6 – focus on what you’re doing right, not the slip ups.
Day 4 – Focus on family. Let’s keep our minds more on who is around the table than the food on the table.

In stress-filled days I’ve been learning how daily doses of laughter, especially at myself, dissipates tension and helps prevent emotional eating.
This just sums it up for me right now. This season has been so hectic but the sights, sounds and scents of autumn help bring a sense of calm and beauty to my life. Take time to enjoy all the wonder October holds. It truly is a magnificent gift from God.
